With this motto in mind, I hold cooking classes and mineral fasting classes at my home in Kichijoji.

The intestines are so important that they are said to be the second brain. They are involved in various disorders that occur in the body. Keeping your intestines healthy = maintaining your health . We will help you with your health through fasting guidance, dietary guidance, and cooking classes .

 

I was diagnosed with a rare disease called multiple sclerosis in the UK in 2008.

Since then, I have improved my diet and lifestyle, detoxed through fasting, and have been able to prevent a relapse without medication.

 

 

This is an autoimmune disease that is closely related to the intestines.

 

By taking care of your intestines, you can stay healthy.

 

How can you improve your child's intestinal health after giving birth?

 

I've been experimenting with my daily meals.

 

It is said that the intestinal environment is determined by the age of 3! So what you eat when you are young is very important.

 

From this experience, I have come up with many gut-healthy recipes for my family.

Chickpea Miso & Falafel Cooking Class

Miso made with chickpeas, falafel (chickpea croquettes), hummus (chickpea dip), and dajiki (soy milk yogurt and cucumber dip)

This menu uses plenty of chickpeas, a plant-based protein, and is recommended for those who want to reduce animal protein twice a week.

Azuki bean miso and fermented red bean paste sweets class

A rare miso class made with red beans. The miso retains the sweetness of the red beans and has a subtle fragrance.

It's also delicious just as it is with vegetables. It has a completely different flavor than soybean miso.

You will also make and sample two sweets using fermented red bean paste.

This is a gut-friendly class filled with adzuki beans, which are good for reducing swelling and anti-aging .
