Q1 . What was your condition before you received fasting instruction?
A. I would release stress by eating. As a result, my weight continued to increase, and although I tried to diet several times, it didn't work. I was easily fatigued, my mood was up and down, and I was often irritated. I would drink strong coffee to distract myself.

A. It was a great opportunity to reassess my eating habits.
Losing weight was my primary goal, but I also experienced a huge change in my physical and mental health. I was always pressed for time and never really took time for myself or cared much about my health, but fasting was a good opportunity to reassess my lifestyle. I was properly instructed during the fasting period, so I was able to continue without any burden. My mind was clearer than usual, and I felt more motivated to do things. My stomach is feeling great and I can now eat foods that normally make me feel bloated.

A. I would recommend this to people who are going through menopause like me and are feeling sluggish both physically and mentally. Of course it was great for dieting, but it also had a huge effect on my mood. I felt refreshed!

A. I was able to get through the fasting without any worries under the guidance of a fasting master. It was easier than I thought because I was properly supervised.
Right now, it's difficult to maintain my physical condition after fasting, but I'm becoming more health conscious, so I hope to continue being careful every day.

Q1 . What was your condition before you received fasting instruction?
A. When I woke up or got home after work, I felt heavy and had no motivation to do anything. Doing housework made me feel a bit depressed and irritated. Making lunch was a hassle, so I often made do with cup ramen or convenience store lunches. Looking back, I was living a life dominated by additives.

A. It was my first time fasting, and to be honest, I was worried about whether I could do it well. During the preparation stage, I was hit by a terrible headache and body fatigue, and I almost gave up, but I received advice each time (on Line), so I was able to continue without worrying.
I had expected I would become so hungry that I would not be able to stand it, but I was surprised that thanks to the enzymes, magma salt, and herbal tea, I didn't feel hungry at all.
I feel that fasting has completely changed my way of thinking about food.
Just by changing to the "Magowayasashii" menu that you learned about for preparation and recovery meals, you will feel your body happy.
Plus, by resetting my body through fasting, I feel a greater sense of fulfillment of my body with good things, and my mind and body feel refreshed!
I had my uterus completely removed due to cervical cancer and lost my ovarian function due to radiation, so I had to use a patch (Estrana) every two days to supplement my hormones. During this fasting session, I stopped using the patch, but I didn't experience any hot flashes, which used to make me sweat like a waterfall every time.
I don't know if there's a connection, but it's surprising.

A. I would like anyone who feels fatigued, unmotivated, irritable, or unwell to try it.
Q4 . Lastly, what would you say to people who are about to receive fasting training?
A. It's not as hard as you think! You can cook meals for your family and you won't feel hungry. However, if it's your first time, it might be a good idea to take 3 days to prepare. Also, to prevent headaches, I recommend taking a day off on the 2nd or 3rd day.
I was not used to herbal tea, so I had a little trouble finding my favorite. It was an experience that made me think, "Maybe it would be good to have about 3 days beforehand to prepare mentally. I want to continue drinking herbal tea consistently in the future!"
