Azuki bean miso and fermented bean paste sweets

A rare miso class made with red beans. The sweetness of the red beans remains and the miso has a subtle fragrance.
It's also delicious served as is with vegetables.
The flavor is completely different from soybean miso.
You will also make and sample two sweets using fermented red bean paste.
This is a healthy cooking class using azuki beans, which are good for reducing swelling and anti-aging.
