Q: Do I have to complete three 3-day fasts or two 5-day fasts within the 3-month course?
A: No, fasting guidance is available anytime within one year, so it doesn’t have to be done within the 3 months.
Q: How does the 4-week meal check work?
A: You take photos of everything you eat each day and record it in a food diary. We provide daily advice on your meals. Doing this for 4 weeks helps you establish a solid dietary foundation, so even during events or special occasions, you can return to your baseline habits and maintain your health.
Q: Is this intensive course available online?
A: Yes, guidance can be provided via Zoom, so online participation is completely possible.
Q: I’m not confident I can change in just 3 months…
A: That’s okay. In 3 months, your eating habits will change, and this will naturally impact your lifestyle and appearance. You’ll receive one-on-one guidance, so you can feel confident and supported throughout the process.
Q: Can I learn about my child’s nutrition?
A: Yes. The knowledge gained in this course can be applied to everyone, from children to the elderly. As a parent myself, I provide advice on what to feed your children, what snacks to give, and how to create balanced meals.

A: That’s a common concern! During the course, you’ll prepare recipes I provide, and I’ll give tips on what to order when eating out and how to make healthy choices. 1. How were you feeling before starting the 3-month intensive course?
My body always felt sluggish, and fatigue lingered. I often suffered from constipation and sometimes had to take laxatives to have a bowel movement. Despite exercising and paying attention to my diet, I struggled to lose weight and even gained more easily.

1. How were you feeling before starting the 3-month intensive course?
